Accessibility

The Ffarm is approached via a long sweeping gravel drive which provides direct access to the front door for drop off and pick up.

The entrance hall is 3 low steps up from the gravel surface – temporary ramps are available to enable wheelchair access to the Ffarm (please contact us to discuss your specific requirements).

All public spaces on the ground floor are on the same level with wide doors to both the Drawing Room and Dining Room. The hall features Minton tiling and the Drawing Room and Dining Room both feature hessian carpets.  A toilet is located just off the rear of the hall and is available for use by all visitors to the Ffarm.

The Coral Room is on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the hall and is on the same level with wide doors providing wheelchair access.  The bedroom is carpeted and the bathroom tiled. The bathroom features a wet room style shower with no lip or step up and a separate traditional bath.

The rooms on the first floor are accessed via a grand staircase with 12 steps up to small landing and a further 10 steps up to the first floor. The stairs are especially wide and the steps relatively shallow. The Venice Room is on the same level as the first floor landing but a single step down provides access to the Cusco, Florence and Borneo Rooms.

All four rooms on the first floor have a separate shower with a small step up to the shower base.

The Cusco room has 4 steps down from its entrance lobby to the rest of the room. The Venice Room is exceptionally large but there are two steps up to the bathroom.

The three rooms on the second floor, the Hemingway, Himalaya and Quito Rooms are all approached via a short spiral staircase from the first floor landing. We would not recommend these stairs for anyone with mobility and accessibility concerns.

The Ffarm does not have a lift.
